Because the database is loaded when the app starts, make sure that you quit MacGourmet before transferring your data. Unless you do this, you will see the previously loaded data and not your new data.

Quit MacGourmet touch, using the task manager. It’s not enough to close the app, you need to open the iOS task manager by double-tapping the home button, press the MacGourmet touch icon in the task tray until it starts to “jiggle” and then tap the close icon to quit it.
